Just to thank you very much for an enjoyable stay which was very comfortable.  Elle particularly liked the chickens & the T.V!  If we are ever in the area again we would be pleased to stay and will certainly recommend your chambre d'hote.

After a very successful 'portes ouverte' with about 30 visitor they was a request for the recie of our parsnip (panais) fritters :

 

ingredients

650 grm  grated parsnips

10 ml curry powder

100 gm flour

10 ml bicarbonate of soda

1 egg

140 ml milk

make a batter  and add the grated parsnips . take sppon of the mixture and fry on both sides for about 3 to 5 minutes. enjoy.
